Our client was employed as a welder at a job site when he fell approximately five feet from an improperly secured scaffold. Due to the fall, our client sustained serious and permanent injuries to his right ankle and spine. He underwent months of physical therapy, pain management and chiropractic treatment. He is permanently disabled, which limits his ability to work.
