For injuries sustained by Firefighters, Police Officers and Construction Workers at Ground Zero from toxic dust. These injuries were resulting from the aftermath of the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. This dust was inhaled as a result of improper protective gear, in addition to other causes relating to the attacks.
