$1.8 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement

Our client was admitted to the hospital for a routine gastric bypass surgery despite not being an ideal candidate for the procedure. During the surgery, our client experienced multi-organ failure, respiratory failure, intestinal perforation, renal failure and septic shock. Following the surgery, he endured infections, being bed-bound, pneumonia and many more serious health conditions to which he then succumbed.
