Our client was working as a bricklayer at a jobsite, snapping chalk lines on the ground floor to lay out block walls. He was injured when he fell through an unmarked shaft opening, landing 20 feet below in the cellar. His injuries required multiple surgeries, rehabilitation and have resulted in his permanent inability to work.  He also suffers from a permanent loss of range of motion, permanent scarring and recurring pain
