Father Chris Collins alleges that the minor plaintiffs sustained injuries due to exposure to lead and other toxic substances from the defendants' ownership, disposal and release of lead and materials containing lead in La Oroya, Peru. He alleges the minors were damaged by physical and psychological injuries, permanent disabilities, weight loss, anemia and other economic and non-economic damages. The plaintiff holds Doe Run Resources Corp., A.R.
