Following a court ruling earlier this year against United Behavioral Health's (UBH's) former level‐of‐care and coverage determination guidelines (see ADAW, Aug. 5), the managed behavioral health insurance giant now faces an action that is potentially much more far‐reaching — and this time, directly beneficial to substance use and mental health treatment providers.
