U.S District Judge Linda V. Parker on Tuesday agreed to add about 350 plaintiffs to a larger Federal Tort Claims Act suit that says the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency was negligent in its response to the water crisis. "The standard would normally be, you do consolidate them because you are duplicating efforts,” said Hunter Shkolnik of Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, who represents plaintiffs in Flint cases before both judges. “Judicial economy would support consolidation before Levy.”
