$25 Million Aviation Settlement

On November 8, 2007 a U.S. Army UH-60A Black Hawk helicopter crashed. Hunter J. Shkolnik and his aviation team represented the families of multiple servicemen and flight crew who died in the crash resulting from poor maintenance of the airship by a major military contractor.
