Our client suffered devastating injuries as result of a 2016 car accident in which he was t-boned by another vehicle. Our client had the green light when the other vehicle ran a red light and collided with our client’s car. As a result of his vehicle being struck, our client had to undergo two shoulder surgeries and a lumbar discectomy. In addition to ongoing physical therapy treatment and pain management treatment for neck, left shoulder and back pain, our client must receive injections into his left knee.
