Client was on top of 6 ft. scaffold, as he was coming down on side of scaffold, one of the support beams/planks shifted and lifted off the ground, causing them to lose balance; Client sustained a lengthy fall and as a result, twisted their left knee and injured their left leg, right shoulder, right elbow, left ankle, left foot, left thigh. Causing them to be out of work for an extended period of time.
