$3.1 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement

This settlement was reached on behalf of our client who was improperly diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease when he did not have it. Due to this misdiagnosis and subsequent prolonged course of steroid therapy to treat a disease he did not have, our client, only 39 years of age, suffered from continuous spinal compression fractures.
