Our client is currently completely disabled and is unable to work as a result of work-related injuries he sustained. He slipped on a ramp and landed heavily on his left side. In addition to other injuries, he required left shoulder rotator cuff surgery after his fall. The defendants were clearly made aware of the unsafe and hazardous conditions but when our client attempted to return to work, he fell again and fractured his left ankle.
