For over 300 residents of Brooklyn, NY, in their action against several oil companies for personal injury and property damage caused by one of the longest ongoing oil spills in United States history. Over 30 million gallons of oil had spilled and seeped into the ground and water of the Brooklyn neighborhood. The cleanup operation had been ongoing for several years, and our clients had suffered adverse health effects as a result of both the spill and cleanup operations.
