$1.7 Million Medical Malpractice Settlement

Our client was admitted to the hospital for acute abdominal pain. He was brought in for surgery to have his gall bladder removed three days after the symptoms had begun. The gall bladder was found to have gangrene and despite questionable post-operative tests, the patient was discharged. He returned to the hospital a day later when it was found that there was an active bile leak. Our client was experiencing severe discomfort and pain and due to continued misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment and care. He slipped into a coma and ultimately died.
