All of Napoli Shkolnik's Junior Partners, including Patrick J. Lanciotti and Stephen J. Maloney Jr., have each been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation Guide. This national list recognizes attorneys who have made a measurable impact in the legal profession within 15 years of entering practice. 

Lanciotti has built his practice on the environmental contamination cases that define much of the firm's environmental work, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) litigation affecting communities across New York and Colorado, and a central role in the Flint Water Crisis litigation, one of the largest contaminated water cases in U.S. history.  

Maloney brings a defense-side background to the firm's Personal Injury Department, where he now represents clients in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and products liability cases.
