All four Napoli Shkolnik Junior Partners, Silvino John Díaz, Patrick J. Lanciotti, Stephen J. Maloney Jr., and Verónica N. Vázquez, have each been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation Guide. This national list recognizes attorneys who have made a measurable impact in the legal profession within 15 years of entering practice. 

Díaz has spent over a decade managing complex mass tort and multi-district litigation (MDL) dockets, with cases spanning pharmaceutical products, asbestos exposure, and product liability.  

Lanciotti has built his practice on the environmental contamination cases that define much of the firm's environmental work, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) litigation affecting communities across New York and Colorado, and a central role in the Flint Water Crisis litigation, one of the largest contaminated water cases in U.S. history.  

Maloney brings a defense-side background to the firm's Personal Injury Department, where he now represents clients in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and products liability cases. 

Vázquez works on the firm's aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) multi-district litigation team, representing public water systems nationwide in PFAS contamination cases against manufacturers.
