Nicolas Mindicino

Nicholas Mindicino is a Senior Assciate in Napoli Shkolnik’s Environmental Litigation Department, working in the firm’s Manhattan Office. Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik Nicholas engaged in complex litigation in several fields including significant work in civil rights litigation, police misconduct and prisoner’s rights cases. In that practice Nicholas gained extensive experience litigating complex cases involving Constitutional and Statutory law. Nicholas has conducted trials and argued motions and appeals before state and federal courts, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nicholas is a firm believer in the power of litigation to effect positive change in the world. To that end, he’s joined the firm’s contentieux environnemental team. There he uses his litigation skills to hold accountable those who have harmed others through careless use of toxic materials without proper protections.

Né à New York, Nicholas est diplômé de l'Université de Boston et de la faculté de droit de l'Université du Connecticut. Pendant ses études, Nicholas a reçu des prix pour sa performance dans les concours de rédaction juridique, de plaidoirie, de procès simulé et de débat. Pendant son temps libre, Nicholas aime les films de super-héros, les romans de science-fiction et de fantasy, ainsi que la musique de Weird Al Yankovic.
