John Ramsey spent 33 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. He and his legal team, including civil rights attorney Craig Phemister, recently filed a motion to prove his innocence. The court papers were filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court and charge that the NYPD and Brooklyn District Attorney withheld exculpatory evidence.
