Osceola County is working with Napoli Shkolnik to move forward with a new lawsuit against e-cigarette make JUUL Labs. Napoli Shkolnik also represents Osceola in the ongoing national opoioid litigation. The lawsuit accuses the San Francisco-based e-cigarette company of negligence, false marketing and consumer protection law violations. Download
