Client was on top of 6 ft. scaffold, as he was coming down on side of scaffold, one of the support beams/planks shifted and lifted off the ground, causing them to lose balance; Client sustained a lengthy fall and as a result, twisted their left knee and injured their left leg, right shoulder, right elbow, left ankle, left foot, left thigh.
