Our client was a Union journeyman at a construction site when he suffered permanent injuries  to his neck, back, shoulders and right elbow after tripping and falling over an electrical pipe. His extensive injuries required three surgeries, two years of physical therapy, pain management and chiropractic treatment. Despite this course of treatment, he will have a permanent and severe loss of motion, which impacts his ability to work.
