For injuries sustained by Rescue and Recovery Workers at Ground Zero from Toxic Dust while working on the barges and piers transporting debris from WTC site to Fresh Kills landfill in Staten Island. These workers, many from Weeks Marine, and some volunteers had inadequate protective gear.
