ABC Boston Covers Tewksbury PFAS Contamination Case; Napoli Shkolnik Represents Families Seeking Justice
febrero 27, 2026
A Tewksbury, Massachusetts family is fighting for answers and accountability after suffering multiple cancer diagnoses they believe are linked to PFAS contamination from a former local landfill. Napoli Shkolnik attorney Andrew W. Croner represents the affected residents in a multidistrict litigation connecting cancer to PFAS exposure, as recently covered by WCVB 5 (ABC).
The EPA's most recent five-year review, published in 2024, revealed high levels of PFAS at the site. Municipal drinking wells near the dump were taken offline in the early 1990s after testing positive for harmful chemicals but were never tested for PFAS.
Napoli Shkolnik is committed to fighting for this community, pursuing answers and justice for those effected.
