This settlement was achieved after jury selection in Supreme Court, Nassau County. Our client developed a hematoma involving the left iliacus and iliopsoas muscles, femoral neuropathy and femoral nerve damage, as a result of the defendant’s failure to monitor the client’s INR levels after an unrelated surgical procedure.
