Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik, Mr. Wolsky worked for the City of New York as Deputy Counsel to the City Clerk and Clerk of the City Counsel where he was the initial Director of the Lobbying Bureau and charged with creating and directing the Bureau to investigate, monitor, and report on lobbyists, their lobbying activities and uncover acts of unreported lobbying. During his tenure, the Lobbying Bureau fined and collected the largest penalty in city history for unreported lobbying resulting in an agreement with the New York State Attorney General barring the offender from further lobbying.
Mr. Wolsky had a litigation and personal injury practice involved in handling all aspects of multi-million-dollar case litigation representing plaintiffs with substantial injuries, including securing a $1.35 million jury verdict on behalf of an injured construction worker and his family.
