CBS TV Interviews Salvatore Badala on Opioid Jury Verdict

A jury found a pharmaceutical company and its affiliates liable in the opioid crisis after a 6-month-long landmark trial on Long Island. The trial began with over a dozen defendants but many settled, leaving Teva Pharmaceuticals and its affiliates remaining. A subsequent trial will be held to determine how much Teva and the others will have to pay; much of the money being earmarked for treatment and prevention.
