This case involves a carpenter who was caused to slip and fall on a piece of electrical cable due to the defendant’s negligence. Our client severely injured his knee but continued to work for two years before undergoing a total knee replacement. Despite our client having two prior knee injuries the case was settled for three quarters of a million dollars at mediation.
