A man formerly employed at locations in California and Iowa alleges exposure to asbestos caused him to develop lung cancer. According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that during his employment and military career beginning in 1962, he experienced occupational and bystander exposure to asbestos-containing products emanating from certain products manufactured, sold, distributed or installed by defendants. The plaintiff hold the defendants responsible because they allegedly intentionally included asbestos fibers in their products when they knew it had toxic, poisonous and highly detrimental health affects all while failing to provide adequate warnings and instructions concerning the dangers of working with or around products containing asbestos fibers. The plaintiff is represented by Napoli Shkolnik PLLC in Edwardsville, IL.
