Class Action Sought for Football Players With Brain Injuries

Napoli Shkolnik represents two former college football players who have sued the NCAA and the University of Pittsburgh, alleging the school knew about the dangers of head injuries and did nothing. The suits seek class action status for anyone who participated in Pitt’s football program dating to 1952. The complaint alleges six counts against Pitt and the NCAA, including negligence, fraudulent concealment, breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Download
