Director of Investigations
Trevelyan Howe is the Director of Investigations of the firm. Based out of the El Segundo, California, he coordinates the efforts of the eleven offices as they work on investigations across the country.
Mr. Howe has worked in litigation for 17 years, beginning his career as an undergraduate at California State University Chico. As the Director of Jail Research Library, he worked with the Public Defender’s Office and their cases involving the Butte County Jail.
Over the past 12 years, Mr. Howe has been heavily involved in asbestos litigation, helping his clients recover settlements due to their toxic asbestos exposure. For his outstanding work, he has been nationally recognized by the industry and his peers.
Mr. Howe brings his expertise in the area of asbestos-related litigation to his role at the firm. Among his many duties, Mr. Howe oversees the Investigation Department’s search and identification processes involving individuals, companies, products and level of exposure. With his team’s assistance, the firm is able to build a strong and factual cases against those responsible for our client’s illnesses.
In addition to toxic tort cases, Mr. Howe has been instrumental in obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements in numerous cases involving environmental mass tort, wrongful conviction, class action, pharmaceutical, commercial, automobile, Mechanical Product liability, aviation, and personal injury matters.
Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, Mr. Howe was a Senior Investigator at Waters & Kraus in Dallas and a Litigation Specialist at Maranga & Morgenstern in San Francisco.
Mr. Howe has been a California licensed Private Investigator since 2011.
