Timothy P. Hulla, Sr.

Tim Hulla is a trial attorney who has practiced in asbestos litigation for almost 20 years.
His first position after graduating from law school was with an insurance defense firm representing a small manufacturer of asbestos-containing insulation products and a small supplier of a wide variety of asbestos-containing products.
During the 1990’s, Mr. Hulla was an assistant prosecutor in St. Louis, Missouri. During this time, he tried 40 criminal cases to jury verdict, including 5 murder trials. After gaining this trial experience, Mr. Hulla has used the skills he developed as a prosecutor to gain justice for people injured or killed by exposure to asbestos.
To relax, Mr. Hulla enjoys building model airplanes and rockets and introducing people to astronomy as a member of the St. Louis Astronomical Society.
