Thomas Narducci
Associate
Mr. Narducci works within the Complex Commercial Litigation and Class Action Department. Tom’s practice focuses mostly on disputes involving antitrust, RICO, contracts, trade secrets, and partnership liability.
Mr. Narducci earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center. While in law school, Tom served as a Senior Notes Editor to the Touro Law Review. In his 1L year, Tom volunteered to represent Touro Law Center in the National Baseball Arbitration Competition in New Orleans, Louisiana where he researched baseball players and statistics, submitted briefs, created exhibits, and engaged in oral argument. During his 3L year, Tom took part in the Clinical Law Program where he successfully assisted clients in being granted legal guardianship through motion practice and producing live testimony in court.
