Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik as an associate, Shahar worked at The Legal Aid Society for over six years. Shahar was responsible for post-conviction advocacy at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in administrative proceedings.
At Yale Law School, Shahar represented clients in the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, The Capital Punishment Clinic, and the Criminal Defense Project.
