Nicole A. Emanuele


Nicole Emanuele is an Associate working out of the firm’s New York City office, admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2022. Ms. Emanuele began her career at Napoli Shkolnik as an intern, having worked in the Personal Injury Department for a year prior to switching to the firm’s Medical Malpractice Department, of which she is currently working in. Aware of the complexities and incomprehensible hardship medical malpractice can have on individuals as well as their loved ones, Ms. Emanuele is dedicated to assist clients in holding medical professionals accountable for their actions.

Ms. Emanuele attended SUNY Cortland for her undergraduate degree where she majored in Political Science and minored in Sociology. Thereafter she attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where, after completing her first year of law school, she became a judicial intern for a judge at the Richmond County Supreme Court. Her time as a judicial intern sparked her interest in the practice area of Personal Injury and eventually led her towards her current career in the field of Medical Malpractice. Ms. Emanuele graduated from law school in May of 2021, having served as an associate staff member of ACTEC Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board, and as president of the Federal Bar Association- Hofstra Division.
