Nicholas Mindicino is an associate in Napoli Shkolnik’s Environmental Litigation Department, working in the firm’s Manhattan Office. Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik Nicholas engaged in complex litigation in several fields including significant work in civil rights litigation, police misconduct and prisoner’s rights cases. In that practice Nicholas gained extensive experience litigating complex cases involving Constitutional and Statutory law. Nicholas has conducted trials and argued motions and appeals before state and federal courts, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Nicholas is a firm believer in the power of litigation to effect positive change in the world. To that end, he’s joined the firm’s environmental litigation team. There he uses his litigation skills to hold accountable those who have harmed others through careless use of toxic materials without proper protections.
A native New Yorker, Nicholas graduated from Boston University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. As a student Nicholas received awards for his performance in legal writing, moot court, mock trial and debate competitions. In his free time Nicholas enjoys superhero movies, science fiction and fantasy novels, and the music of Weird Al Yankovic.
