Amy E. German


Amy E. German is an attorney in the Napoli Shkolnik PLLC Pharmaceutical litigation department. She has focused her practice in mass pharmaceutical torts and dangerous medical device litigation. Currently, Ms. German is a member of the litigation team that represents government entities against harms suffered due to the Opioid Epidemic.

Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, Ms. German worked at The Michael Brady Lynch firm as Managing Associate Attorney. While managing the day to day operations of the law firm, she and co counsel litigated a myriad of pharmaceutical and dangerous devices cases, many resulting in valuable settlements for the Firm’s clients, most notably settlements involving Invokana, Actos, Prozac and Trans-Vaginal Mesh. Ms. German also actively participated on various multi district litigations and state consolidations, including Viagra and Pradaxa.

Ms. German is based in the Florida office and is an active member of the Central Florida legal community. While in her third year of law school, she served as Editor in Chief of the Barry Law Review and interned for the Honorable Judge John Marshall Kest.

When not in office, Ms. German spends her time with her two daughters exploring the beaches of Florida.
