Alastair J. M. Findeis
Mr. Findeis works in the firm’s Pharmaceutical Department and Public Client Practice Group. He has spent years fighting on behalf of his clients against the best law firms in this country. He has extensive experience in state and federal court, from Boston to Los Angeles, including significant work with experts at deposition and at trial, and has argued at appeal. He brings his passion for excellence to the clients of Napoli Shkolnik PLLC.
Currently, Mr. Findeis currently represents the County of Nassau, along with Osceola County, Florida, the City of Mobile, Alabama, and 14 other New York Counties in the Generics Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2724, currently pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and has worked with many of these counties in other significant matters, including in the Loestrin and Lovenox antitrust litigations and the Average Wholesale Price MDL in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Findeis trained as an Officer in Britain’s Royal Navy.
