While working on assembling many lighting units our client was hit by electricity because a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFI) was not included in his assembly kit. Additionally he was not provided the proper, protective, insulated equipment for assembly. He fell from the scaffold and severely injured his neck and back. These injuries required multiple surgeries and rehabilitation.
