Shkolnik nombrado co-abogado principal en demanda colectiva de deportes de fantasía

We are proud to announce that Partner Hunter J. Shkolnik has been named Co-Lead Counsel in the In re Litigios deportivos diarios de fantasía by United Stated District Judge George A. O’Toole, Jr. of the United States District Court of Massachusetts.

Judge O’Toole, writing about his appointments, noted that the appointees are “able litigators who bring ample experience, knowledge, and resources to this complex litigation.” As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Shkolnik will continue to investigate and develop the claims while also overseeing the coordination, preparation, and presentation of the necessary legal documentation.
