Low testosterone, colloquially called low-t, is one of the most commonly diagnosed medical conditions amongst aging men. Testosterone injections may also be given to women who are suffering from breast cancer, or to men or boys who are suffering from symptoms caused by a lack of the hormone (delayed puberty, erectile dysfunction, etc.) However, testosterone injections, pellets, and pills have been associated with emotional changes, changes in sexual function, changes in sleep patterns, gynecomastia, and more.
