December 28, 2015 | World Trade Center
The Bill includes the re-authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) and extends the time for filing many claims.
As a result of the reenactment, many old claims that were barred may now receive money, and many new illnesses a person has recently developed in the last 14 years may also be compensable. These claims may be get you immediate monies, regardless of whether you smoked, or whether your doctor has related the injuries to your exposure to ground zero dust downtown, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DEVELOPED ANY TYPE OF CANCER OR HAD A FAMILY MEMBER DIE OF CANCER. You may have a claim whether you worked on the pile, in office buildings downtown or just lived in the area. There are many covered illnesses.
We encourage you to contact us so that we can discuss your individual claim.
